To equip and encourage women to be rooted, grounded, and established in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ so that they may fulfill the purpose for which God intended them and share with those in their sphere of influence the transforming work of Jesus Christ.

Women will be established and living out their faith in Jesus Christ; the older teaching and encouraging the younger to love their families and to share the love of Jesus with others.
