“Maranatha Visvasa Samajam” (Maranatha Faith Community) founded by Rev. G. Moses Choudary with God’s vision in 1982 in the city of Vijayawada. God has been faithful all these years in the extension of this ministry.
In the year 1999, God has given him a vision to move to Hyderabad, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh, along with Rev. Nireekshana K. Kancharla and Mrs. Tabitha. The Holy Spirit led him to start Church ministry, Bible school and Children home.
In the same way God led him to start church ministry, Bible School, and children home in Visakhapatnam in the year 2007.
This Ministry has been extended in the start of Andhra Pradesh and neighbouring states of India through these three regional centers.
Sri Nireekshana K. Kancharla was born and brought up in a conservative Hindu family. He was led to Christ in July 1983 by his grandmother who was a fervent Christian. After his conversion, he desired to be a police officer but God apprehended him through a vision of preaching to great multitudes. With the confirmation of God’s message through various men of God, he committed his life to the ministry of the gospel, especially towards the unreached people. He began to serve since 1990.
Sri Nireekshana has acquired education from different institutions in India and abroad and stands as a well known theologian in Andhra Pradesh. He holds Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Livets Ord University, Sweden(affiliated to Oral Roberts University, USA), Masters of Divinity from Madras Theological Seminary, Chennai (Accredited by Asia Theological Association), Doctor of Ministry from SABC, Banglore and pursuing Ph.D in Department of Religion and Philosophy at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India.
He has been serving in different capacities as bible school teacher, evangelist and ordained pastor. Presently, he involves in teaching ministry at the Maranatha Veda Patasala and serves as Director for the bible school and regional center, also as a pastor for two churches in Hyderabad. He often travels throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other states in India and other countries. Holding gospel meetings, youth, pastors and leadership seminars. More than two decades, he has been in the ministry in different parts of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Since many years he is conducting gospel meetings with his own equipment, and reaching thousands of people.
He is married to Tabitha, and has two daughters Harshitha and Harmitha. Mrs. Tabitha holds Master of Divinity from Madras Theological Seminary and serves as Director of Maranatha Children Home at Hyderabad. She also actively involves in Women’s fellowships and meetings.
